1. Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 15th May 2023.
2. Directors’ Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 27th January 2024.
3. Management Presentation:
– Review of 2023/24 trading year
– Future prospects and business developments
– Membership, community and charity fundraising update.
4. Appointment of Scrutineers.
5. Questions from the Floor.
6. Ratification of the Share of the Profits at £2.00 per 1,000 points accrued on Membership Cards as at 28th January 2024, to be credited to Membership Cards on 14th May 2024.
7. Approval of Directors’ Fees & Expenses.
8. Approval of Distributions – Chelmsford Star Co-operative Party Subscription.
9. Appointment process of Auditor.
10. Elections to the Board of Directors: 5 vacancies to serve for 3 years. 6 nominations received.
11. Election to the Membership Committee: 1 vacancy to serve for 2 years. 3 nominations received.

Motions must be submitted to the Secretary by no later than 4.00 pm on 21st April 2024.
