Join our postal voting register

As a member of Chelmsford Star Co-op, and a shareholder in our business, it is important to us that your views are heard.

Some people choose to step forward to representative their community or members like them, acting on their behalf in our Board-room or in Committee meetings. Find out about being an elected Member Representative here.

For everyone else, they have the power to choose which Member Representative nominee most reflects their own views and background in our annual elections. This can be done from select stores, in advance of our members’ AGM in May, or from home via post.

To sign up to our postal voting register, fill out the enquiry form below. You’ll then receive all the papers you need to make your decision sent to your home a few weeks ahead of the election (usually in late-April).

Complete the form below to vote for your member representative from home!

Note: You cannot vote in our elections if you have been a member for less than 6 months, so those joining after November will not be eligible to vote in the following May elections. If you don’t return your postal voting forms for three consecutive years you will be removed from the register and will need to rejoin it to take part in future elections. Your details will not be shared with anyone else.
